Description
Small retail stores and offices often rely on shared phone lines, which makes voicemail follow-up surprisingly difficult. When staff are busy, voicemails pile up, and it becomes unclear whether someone has listened, responded, or followed up with the customer.
This prototype solves that problem by turning voicemails into a shared, easy-to-scan dashboard. Incoming voicemails are automatically transcribed and displayed alongside the original audio recording. Staff can quickly review each message, mark it as handled, record who responded, and leave internal notes about the outcome.
The result is a lightweight system that improves customer service without adding complexity. Everyone on the team can see what’s new, what’s been handled, and what actions were taken—creating confidence that every customer call is acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.
